Position Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Dynamic Team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves extensive fieldwork, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced professional, this role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Experience: 0 to 2 Yrs.

Salary:15K to 35K+ Incentives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

For Fresher Field Sales Executives:

1. Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our Digital services.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

6. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

7. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

8. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales .
