The Business Development Associate is responsible for driving company growth by targeting schools, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target schools within the assigned territory
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
Conduct market research to track trends and competition
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Provide post-sales support and address client issues
Share market insights and client feedback for improvement
Qualifications
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-4 years of experience in sales or business development
Industry experience in Education, EdTech, or similar is a plus
Key Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Self-driven with a team-oriented mindset
B2B sales experience preferred
Willingness to travel
