Role Overview
The Sales Officer will support retail sales operations by managing assigned areas, strengthening dealer relationships, and contributing to steady business growth through planned market activities.
Key Responsibilities
Work towards assigned monthly sales goals through regular market engagement
Visit retail outlets and potential partners as per the planned visit schedule
Assist in identifying new retail opportunities within the assigned territory
Coordinate with retailers for order follow-ups and payment collection
Maintain healthy working relationships with existing customers
Support retailers with product availability and basic sales inputs
Observe market trends and share relevant feedback with the reporting team
Participate in team discussions, reviews, and internal coordination activities
Skills & Requirements
Clear communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales presentation and customer handling ability
Willingness to travel locally for field work
Professional and cooperative work approach
Two-wheeler ownership with a valid driving licence is preferred for field mobility
