to join Halo Energy Solutions. The role involves meeting customers directly, promoting our solar power solutions, conducting site assessments, and driving sales conversions for domestic and commercial solar installations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit potential customers for solar system installations (domestic & commercial).
Conduct field sales activities, door-to-door visits, and local market lead generation.
Explain the benefits of solar energy, available subsidies, products, and system types (on-grid, hybrid, off-grid).
Conduct preliminary site surveys and assess customer requirements.
Coordinate with the technical team to prepare quotations and proposals.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure timely closures.
Attend business meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support after-sales service.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Submit daily/weekly field reports to the Sales Manager.
