We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to handle student outreach and lead generation across Kerala. The role includes visiting schools and colleges, conducting student sessions, supporting events, building community connections, and driving walk-ins. A short self-introduction video must be submitted with the application.
Responsibilities
Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per planned routes
Conduct student interactions, workshops, and awareness programs
Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and local contacts
Collect accurate student and parent data and update the CRM regularly
Support offline promotional activities such as posters, brochures, and standees
Build and manage agent networks and local community channels
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and outreach activities
Participate in education fairs, expos, campus events, and public programs
Identify new partnership opportunities with institutions and businesses
Track performance of visits and events based on lead quality and conversions
Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for follow-ups
Encourage student walk-ins to centers through field activities
Maintain daily logs of visits, leads, and activities
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Work with internal teams to support outreach campaigns
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
0-3 years of experience in field sales or BTL activities
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
Ability to handle travel, outreach, and events independently
Comfortable with extensive travel and achieving targets
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
Self-introduction video is mandatory for application
