The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through on-ground activities. This role demands excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while representing the company in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, and networking.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
Collect competitor information and provide insights to the management team.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and visit logs.
Represent the brand professionally in the market.
Requirements
0-3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, EdTech, Retail, Telecom, or similar sectors preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Basic understanding of CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively.
