The XFE (Executive - Field Executive) is responsible for driving broadband and fiber sales, customer acquisition, and service activations within the assigned territory. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer interaction, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Generate new leads through field activities such as door-to-door visits, society/RWA campaigns, and partner tie-ups.Explain Airtel broadband and fiber plans, features, and benefits to potential customers.Convert leads into sales by completing required documentation and coordinating for installation/activation.Handle both inside and field salesactivities, including managing walk-in customers at partner retail stores (e.g., MyG, G Mart) and attending field appointments.Maintain and update customer data, leads, and sales status using Airtel's CRM or lead-tracking applications.Resolve customer queries and provide post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and retention.Coordinate with backend and technical teams for smooth connection delivery and issue resolution.Adhere to company policies, process compliance, and reporting structure.Represent Airtel professionally in the market and maintain brand standards.
