Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead client acquisition for our waste management services in Kochi. The role involves meeting offices, corporate parks, institutions, and commercial establishments to onboard them for regular office waste collection and disposal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and meet

decision-makers in offices and commercial establishments

(Admin / Facility / Procurement Heads). Pitch waste collection & recycling services and

negotiate contracts

. Build and manage a

pipeline of potential clients

and ensure regular follow-ups.

Achieve monthly onboarding targets

and maintain strong relationships for renewals. Coordinate with the

operations team for smooth service execution

. Track sales metrics and provide

weekly performance reports

.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of B2B/field sales experience

(Facility services / FMCG / Industrial sales preferred). Excellent communication skills in

Malayalam & English

(Hindi is an added advantage). Strong negotiation skills and ability to

close corporate deals

. Willingness to travel within Kochi. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
