We are looking for a
dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive
to join our team and help expand our business reach by building strong client relationships and promoting our travel services across various markets.
Position Overview
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients and partners, promoting tour packages, and driving sales growth. This role involves regular fieldwork, strong communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Promote
Evergo Tours' travel packages and services
to clients, agents, and corporate customers.
Visit
travel agents, corporate offices, institutions, and potential clients
to generate business leads.
Build and maintain
strong relationships
with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable
tours and holiday packages.
Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular
market visits
to identify business opportunities and competitors' activities.
Coordinate with the
marketing and operations teams
to ensure smooth service delivery.
Attend
exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns
to represent the company.
Prepare and maintain
daily sales reports, follow-ups, and performance records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience
in field sales, preferably in the
travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
Strong
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Willingness to travel frequently
for client meetings and promotions.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of
travel packages, destinations, and market trends.
Experience in
corporate and B2B travel sales.
Familiarity with
CRM tools and lead management systems.
Local market knowledge and established industry connections are a plus.
