Job Description

A field sales executive in the paint industry is responsible for achieving sales targets in an assigned territory by developing relationships with customers like dealers, retailers, and contractors. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, demonstrating products, negotiating deals, and analyzing market trends to build a strong customer base and meet revenue goals. Core responsibilities

Sales and revenue:

Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets, and generating new leads through proactive outreach and prospecting.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients such as dealers, distributors, and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market analysis:

Research and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

Product knowledge and demonstration:

Provide expert knowledge on paint and coating products and demonstrate their value to potential clients.

Sales planning:

Develop and implement sales plans for an assigned territory, and generate reports on sales performance.

Customer support:

Handle customer and dealer complaints and provide support, information, and guidance to clients.
Required skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical skills for market research and needs analysis. Time management and organizational skills to manage a territory. Product demonstration and sales skills. Ability to work independently and travel frequently.

Pay: ₹18,604.84 - ₹22,606.96 per month
