Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Field Sales Executive
to join our team in
Palakkad
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential clients in the assigned territory.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Achieve sales targets.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in field sales, preferably in FMCG, hygiene, or related sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to travel extensively within Palakkad and nearby areas
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
