Key Responsibilities
Visit potential patients, local residents associations, and organizations to explain clinic services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, corporate HR, and referral partners.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and participation in local events.
Conduct promotional activities, distribute brochures, and educate the community about clinic services.
Meet assigned sales targets and regularly report progress to the management team.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business strategy.
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions in the clinic's system.
Collaborate with the front office and customer support teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with healthcare or sales experience.
1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with local geography and willingness to travel extensively.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
