We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales of inverters, batteries, and related power backup solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in the energy/power products industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and acquire new customers (dealers, distributors, retailers, and end-users).
Generate sales leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features/benefits of inverters and batteries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Requirements:
Graduate (preferred: Electrical/Electronics/Business background).
1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in inverter, battery, or electrical products).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
