The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned targets by promoting the company's products/services directly to clients through field visits, meetings, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and field visits.
Meet prospective clients (dealers, distributors, contractors, retailers, or direct customers) to present and promote products/services.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding orders, payments, and after-sales support.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
