Job Overview



The Ayurveda Field Sales Executive at Asray Naturals is responsible for promoting and selling Our products to Ayurveda doctors, clinics, wellness centers, hospitals, and other establishments with business opportunities. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying sales prospects, and achieving sales targets to drive the growth of company.

Responsibilities :



Visit Ayurveda doctors, clinics, wellness centers, and hospitals to pitch Asray Naturals' Ayurvedic / Herbal products.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, clinic owners, and wellness center managers.

Introduce & explain products brochures / leaflets / samples and presentations to showcase product benefits and efficacy.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Organization.

Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to the management team.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and orders using Our CRM Application.

Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for promoting products in the Ayurvedic market.

Stay updated on Ayurvedic industry trends, products, and regulations to enhance sales pitches.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during sales activities.

Eligibility

:

Preferably Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or Ayurvedic / Herbal products.

Awareness in Ayurvedic / Herbal products, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, andinterpersonal skills.

Acceptance and Ability to travel extensively to meet clients and prospects.

Proficiency in Computers, Smartphones, CRM software and MS Office. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (preferred).

Male candidates preferred.

Skills :



Relationship building and networking.

Sales and persuasion techniques. Knowledge of Ayurvedic Products & Services.

Time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
