Visit clients/customers as per assigned routes or leads.
Ensure timely collection/delivery of documents, payments, or materials.
Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/supervisor accordingly.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Coordinate with the backend/support team to resolve field issues.
Ensure targets and tasks are completed within the given time frame.
Handle minor service requests or feedback during field visits.
Follow company protocols, dress code, and conduct standards during visits.
Maintain proper records of receipts, collections, and customer interactions.
Key Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or any diploma.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
Good communication skills in local language and basic English.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps (for reporting, GPS, etc.).
Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
