Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients (especially B2B, e-commerce and D2C sellers), conducting in-person meetings, and promoting Shipflick's logistics solutions in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify, approach, and onboard potential e-commerce sellers, D2C brands, and SMEs in the assigned territory. Conduct door-to-door visits, field meetings, and product demonstrations to explain Shipflick's services and pricing models. Build strong relationships with local businesses and act as the face of the company in the field. Gather feedback from clients to help improve product offerings and services. Achieve weekly/monthly sales and onboarding targets. Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention. Attend local trade events, expos, and networking meets to generate leads and brand visibility. Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports.

Requirements:

0- 2years of experience in field sales/marketing, preferably in logistics, SaaS, or e-commerce. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in local language and English. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet goals. Good knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior. Basic understanding of logistics and e-commerce operations is a plus. Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
