Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and visit prospective customers such as schools, colleges, hospitals, corporates, and retailers. Promote and sell textile products including uniforms, fabrics, and readymade garments. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or customization options. Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by management. Coordinate with the showroom, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Collect payments as per agreed terms and submit regular reports on sales visits. Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. Attend trade exhibitions, promotional events, and customer meetings as needed.

Key Skills Required:



Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Willingness to travel extensively. Knowledge of textile products and market trends is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM apps).
