Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic
Field Sales Executive
to handle sales and service coordination for
commercial kitchen equipment
. The role involves field visits, client acquisition, relationship management, and coordination with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients such as hotels, restaurants, catering units, bakeries, and canteens
Generate enquiries through cold calls, client visits, and reference networks
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design and technical team for quotations
Follow up with clients from enquiry to order confirmation and payment
Assist in preparing marketing materials like product brochures, presentations, and online posts
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and demo events to generate leads
Maintain client databases and prepare regular sales and follow-up reports
Coordinate with service and installation teams for smooth execution
Handle basic after-sales support and service follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & English)
Strong presentation and client-handling skills
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment, catering solutions, or the hospitality industry (preferred)
Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel for client visits and field marketing activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
