We are looking for a

Field Sales Executive

to join our growing team in Karad. This is a

full-time field sales role

focused on customer acquisition, revenue generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and acquire new customers in the assigned territory. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field visits. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Requirements



Graduation mandatory. Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience. Good communication and negotiation skills. Experience in BFSI/Insurance/Banking/Sales will be preferred. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

: Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
