We need Regional Business Executive in Mysuru & nearby the Mysuru location to work in HPCL- (HP PAY) Project.

Min Qualification:

Graduation

Work Experience:

Min 3 Year in sales and marketing experience.

Salary structure is below for your reference: -

CTC- 31,746/- pm

Gross Salary -28,296/-pm

Net in hand salary- 24,796 /- pm

: You will be provided with a Mediclaim insurance cover of Rs. 5 lakhs for you and 3 other dependent family members. You will also be covered with life insurance benefit coverage of Rs. 20 lakhs.

Telephone Charges

: Rs.600 per month will be reimbursed towards fixed telephone charges.

Conveyance expenses

will be paid as per the following rates, which will be based on the location where you are posted:

Classification of City Rate

X Class/ Area A/ Zone I

Rs. 100/- per day

Y Class/ Area B/ Zone II

Rs. 80/- per day

Z Class/ Area C/ Zone III

Rs. 70/- per day

Night-halt Charges

will also be paid for visits to locations, involving overnight stays, outside the location where you are posted.

What is HP PAY Program?

HP Pay is a mobile app that provides one-stop payment solution for all your Fuel, LPG, and Lubricant requirements and acts as such by creating, hosting, maintaining and providing Services to you via the Internet.

How does the HP Pay app work?

HP Pay Wallet is reloadable through a Debit card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Redemption of Happy Coins, Redemption of Zillion Coins, Gift Voucher Redemption, any cashback or promotional rewards offered by HPCL or from refunds that might arise due to cancellations and returns of your transactions.

Basically, here you have to provide the training of this HP Pay app, in this your target customers will be Retail customers like 2- wheelers, 3- wheelers & 4 - wheelers etc.

u Visit to the petroleum / outlet and provide the training to the FOS/ Manager on the outlets.

u If they are ready so you have to enrolments customer through this application.

u And check whether the QR code are there or not in the petroleum, if not there so you have to installed that.

u Here First, they have installed the app and do necessary KYC, after that they have to make the payments through Gpay into the HP Pay Wallet through this they can purchase the Fuel, lubricants, LPG and etc and you will get the cashback also which you can redeemed those coins.
