Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Field Executive
who can build and nurture client relationships, drive new sales, and support existing clients across targeted regions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, presentable, and experienced in on-ground B2B & B2C selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular
field visits
to generate leads and close sales.
Engage with
restaurants, cafes, and cloud kitchens
to understand their packaging needs.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain excellent client relationships.
Work with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and collections.
Identify market trends and gather competitor insights.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
(preferably in packaging, FMCG, or B2B sales).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Own vehicle preferred. (should know riding a bike)
