Qualifications

2-5 years of field sales experience

Experience selling

CCTV, Networking, BMS, and other ELV systems

mandatory

Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently

Job Summary



The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting ELV solutions such as CCTV, networking, and BMS systems. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in field sales.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and market research Meet clients to present solutions related to

CCTV, networking, access control, and BMS systems

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets

Client Communications



Build and maintain long-term customer relationships Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ELV solutions Provide timely follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction

Product & Market Knowledge



Maintain strong knowledge of

IP/Analog CCTV systems, NVR/DVR products

Good understanding of

network infrastructure (switches, routers, cabling, IP addressing)

Familiarity with

BMS systems

, access control, and integration with other ELV systems Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends

Coordination & Reporting



Coordinate with engineering/technical teams for site surveys and solution design Follow up on material delivery, project updates, and payment collection Maintain sales documentation and prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Key Skills Required



Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to understand and sell technical products (CCTV, networking, BMS) Target-driven with strong sales closing ability Self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused Good time management and ability to handle multiple clients

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
