Objective:


To identify, approach, and convert car customers for retro fitment/alternative fuel systems within the assigned district.

Responsibilities and Duties



Generate leads by reaching out to car owners, showrooms, cab unions, used car dealers, and other potential sources. Support in converting leads into customers for retro fitment/alternative fuel systems. Maintain strong follow-up with customers to ensure smooth conversion and timely installation. Coordinate with partner workshops for fitment and ensure all customer requirements are met. Assist in basic inventory checks of retro fitment kits and components at workshops. Ensure timely collection of customer payments and share updates with the team. Provide daily reports to the District Manager/Project Manager on leads, conversions, and installations. Participate in on-ground marketing activities planned with the central marketing team. Maintain good relationships with workshop owners, mechanics, and kit suppliers. Achieve monthly sales targets assigned for the district.

Whom Do We Look For?



Candidates with experience in automobile sales, service, vehicle modification, or alternative fuel systems preferred. Experience in B2C sales, field sales, or customer coordination. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently in the field and manage daily targets. Willingness to travel within the district as part of the role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
