Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will engage with clients, identify their needs, and promote Schon's product offerings. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales meetings, building customer relationships, negotiating agreements, and achieving sales targets. This role also involves market re search to identify new sales opportunities and staying informed about industry trends.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
Proven ability in lead generation, negotiation, and achieving sales targets
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of marketing and presentation techniques
Proficiency in market research and trend analysis
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the interior design or home improvement industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
MBA Is mandtory
Experience : 1 to 2 years
Salary: Upto 4 LPA
