Key Requirements

This is a

field sales role

involving daily travel and doctor visits.

Own bike and laptop are mandatory

. Experience in

Healthcare / Pharma / Medical Devices / SaaS Sales

is preferred. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Meet and engage with

doctors on a daily basis

to introduce and demonstrate the

HealthPlix EMR software

. Conduct product demos, explain features, and resolve queries to ensure smooth onboarding. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, medical associations, and clinics. Drive product adoption and ensure active usage by doctors post onboarding. Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and clinic staff. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation and support. Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in

field sales

; experience in healthcare domain is an added advantage. Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up. Comfortable with local travel. Ability to communicate value and handle objections confidently.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
