Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, training centers, and corporate clients to promote company programs and offerings.
Generate leads through field visits, events, and local marketing activities.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and students.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and decision-makers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team for on-ground campaigns and promotional activities.
Gather feedback and market intelligence to enhance sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Basic understanding of digital learning solutions and the education market is an advantage.
