Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated
Field Executive (MBA Graduate)
to manage field operations, client coordination, and project follow-ups for aluminium doors and windows. The role involves
on-site visits, customer relationship management, and lead support
to the sales and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
regular client and site visits
for lead follow-ups and project updates.
Coordinate with
builders, architects, and contractors
to collect project requirements.
Support the
sales team
in generating and maintaining client leads.
Assist in
quotation discussions, sample submissions, and project approvals
.
Bridge communication between the
sales, design, and execution teams
.
Gather
site measurements, photos, and progress reports
for ongoing projects.
Ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of site-related issues.
Maintain
daily field activity reports
and update management on work progress.
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent client-handling and coordination ability.
Basic understanding of
aluminium doors, windows, and facade systems
(training will be provided).
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Qualification:
MBA in Marketing / Operations / Construction Management
(mandatory).
Bachelor's in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
