Job Description

:



Responsible for sourcing MSMEs, traders, and entrepreneurs who need business funding. The FSE plays a crucial role in lead generation, eligibility verification, and ensuring timely loan application submission.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Conduct field visits to businesses, shops, and trading units. Explain loan options and assist with document collection. Conduct preliminary eligibility checks. Coordinate with credit and operations departments for loan approval. Maintain and report daily lead and conversion data. Build trust-based relationships for referrals and renewals.

Skills Required:



Excellent persuasion and communication abilities. Knowledge of MSME finance and documentation. Good local market networking. Strong follow-up and deal-closing skills. Basic computer knowledge.

Experience:



Freshers with a strong interest in finance and sales may apply. Preferred: 1-3 years experience in MSME/Business Loan or Financial Sales.

Qualification:



Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Preferred: Graduate in Commerce, Business, or Finance.
