Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify property owners looking for secured loan funding.
Collect and verify property documents.
Explain loan amount eligibility, tenure, and interest rates.
Liaise with valuation and legal verification teams.
Ensure smooth file movement till disbursal.
Skills Required:
Deep understanding of property documentation.
Good communication and negotiation ability.
Ability to handle confidential financial data.
Basic computer skills and field coordination ability.
Experience:
Freshers can apply.
Preferred: 1-4 years in LAP/Mortgage Sales or Property Finance.
Qualification:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
Preferred: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Real Estate.
