Key Responsibilities:
Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and pharmacies to promote and sell company products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, purchase departments, and other key decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the assigned territory.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and feedback from clients to share with the sales team.
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on pending orders.
Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing events as required.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends in CRM or reporting tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years
of experience in field sales, preferably in the
medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
