3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups and transparent communication to build trust and rapport.
Address client queries and concerns to deliver a smooth sales experience.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
Share detailed client requirements with the in-office Sales team.
Coordinate for prompt delivery of proposals, moodboards, and pricing.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of field visits, lead progress, and meeting outcomes.
Update CRM tools or spreadsheets regularly.
Submit weekly sales reports highlighting activities, achievements, and challenges.
6. Market & Competitor Awareness
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and furniture solutions.
Monitor competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and client feedback.
Provide actionable insights to management for sales and strategy improvements.
