We are seeking energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing teams in
Udupi, Bangalore and Mangalore
. In this role, you will be the face of Ordrio in your assigned territory, responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding local merchants onto our platform. You'll be instrumental in expanding Ordrio's footprint and directly contributing to the success of local businesses by introducing them to our powerful e-commerce solutions. Key Responsibilities
a.
Merchant Acquisition:
Actively identify, prospect, and visit potential clients (restaurants, retail outlets, SMBs) within your assigned territory.

Sales & Onboarding:
Effectively pitch Ordrio's value proposition to key decision-makers, demonstrating how our platform meets their business needs. Successfully onboard new merchants, ensuring they understand the platform's core functionalities.
c.
Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnership and success.
d.
Platform Training:
Provide basic training and support to merchants to ensure they can effectively utilize the Ordrio platform.
e.
Market Intelligence:
Gather valuable market feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
f.
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly onboarding and sales targets.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
