Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Responsibilities



Meet and exceed sales targets Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Researching prospects and generating leads. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Building and maintaining a CRM database. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns Develop and execute lead generation and conversion strategies across Africa, Europe, North America, and South America to generate new business opportunities

Qualifications



2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience Experience in SAAS sales Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service and sales skills. Excellent phone and presentation skills. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹224,000.00 per year
