Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to manage and grow our General Trade (GT) channel. The role involves regular market visits, achieving sales targets, maintaining strong retailer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Revenue Generation:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive primary and secondary sales in assigned territory.

Market Visits:

Visit retail outlets daily as per beat plan. Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure availability.

Retailer Relationship Management:

Develop strong relationships with retailers and stockists. Resolve issues related to delivery, or pricing promptly.

Reporting & MIS:

Provide daily/weekly sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activity. Maintain updated records of retailers and beat coverage.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-driven and self-motivated Ability to build relationships with retailers and channel partners Familiarity with local market. Basic proficiency in using mobile apps and reporting tools Language : Hindi, Kannada and Hindi.

Qualification & Experience:



Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred 2-4 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods in General Trade Experience working with distributors and retail channels

Working Conditions:



Field-based role with extensive travel within City. 6-day working week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
