Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

o Expand offline distribution network across multi-brand outlets (MBOs) in assigned territory. o Onboard new retailers and ensure effective product placement and visibility in stores. o Introduce and successfully launch new product lines and seasonal collections to existing and new outlets. o Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and store managers. o Conduct regular store visits to monitor product display, sales performance, and stock availability. o Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain clean credit records. o Act as the face of the brand in the market--ensuring goodwill and customer satisfaction. o Provide timely feedback to the internal team on market trends, competition, and customer feedback. o Work closely with the branding and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in-store.
