Booktara is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new businesses, driving subscription sales, and promoting Booktara's presence in the local market. This is a target-driven field role best suited for individuals passionate about sales and direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard a minimum of 40 businesses per month to the Booktara platform.
Daily visit at least 25 store or businesses and onboard at least two 2 new businesses.
Keep records of leads, follow ups and successful onboarding.
Share daily and weekly updates with sales manager.
Target & Incentive Policy
A maximum of 10 one-month (?299) subscriptions will count toward the monthly target.
The remaining 30 subscriptions must be from 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year plans.
No incentive will be provided on one-month (?299) plan sales.
Incentive of 30% per sale is applicable only for plans above one month.
Eligibility Criteria
0-2 years of field sales or business development experience (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a willingness to work on the field.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital platforms is an advantage.
Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
Compensation
Base Salary: ?30,000 per month
Incentive: 30% per sale (excluding one-month plan sales)

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
