The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in direct sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish rapport with potential business clients. You will be responsible for building connections, pitching our services face-to-face, and driving customer acquisition at the grassroots level.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach & Field Visits:
Conduct regular visits to businesses, commercial establishments, and industry hubs to identify new prospects and pitch our services.
Sales Meetings & Demos:
Present our service offerings--including branding, digital marketing, and social media services--through in-person meetings and on-site demonstrations.
Lead Generation:
Actively scout local markets and participate in trade events, expos, and networking activities to generate and qualify leads.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through effective field-based lead conversion.
Relationship Building:
Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Territory Management:
Strategically plan your daily/weekly routes to maximize coverage and client engagement within the assigned region.
Market Feedback:
Gather customer feedback and insights to report on market trends, service demands, and competitor activities.
Coordination with Teams:
Liaise with internal marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (preferred).
2-4 years of experience
in field sales, ideally in media, advertising, or digital services.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and local languages.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong presentation and persuasion skills in face-to-face sales.
A go-getter attitude with a passion for meeting new people and closing deals.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
