About the Role:



We are looking for a passionate and driven

Field Sales Executive

to join our team. You will be responsible for visiting

supermarkets, retail stores, and local outlets

to pitch our brand and products. Your role is crucial in expanding our presence in the market and building strong customer relationships. This is a

completely field-based role

, requiring daily visits and in-person interactions with store owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:



Visit supermarkets, grocery stores, and other retail outlets daily to promote and sell our products. Pitch the brand and explain product USPs convincingly in

English and Kannada

. Build and maintain relationships with store managers and purchasing heads. Achieve a

minimum of 10 deals/closures per month

. Collect and relay customer feedback to improve sales strategies. Ensure product visibility in stores and help with initial shelf placement. Report daily field activity and closures to the sales manager. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and deliveries.

Requirements:



Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent

communication skills in English and Kannada

(both mandatory). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven.

Must own a 2-wheeler

with a valid driving license. MS Excel and MS word knowledge for maintaining daily reports.

Salary & Incentive Structure:



0 Closures/Month:

Salary on hold (No payout)

1-5 Closures/Month:

?9,000 (in-hand)

10 Closures/Month:

?13,000 (in-hand)

Above 10 Closures/Month:

?15,000 (in-hand) +

3% commission

on total sales value
