Job Description

A Field Sales involves a representative selling products/services face-to-face outside the office, focusing on generating leads, building customer relationships, conducting presentations, closing deals, managing territories, meeting sales quotas, and providing post-sale support to drive revenue growth. Key aspects include traveling to clients, understanding diverse needs, and adapting sales strategies for different locations and customer types, often in B2B or wholesale sectors. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in a designated territory.

Client Meetings:

Visit potential and existing customers at their locations (homes, offices, businesses).

Sales & Presentations:

Demonstrate products/services, educate prospects, and persuade buyers.

Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and satisfaction.

Closing Deals:

Negotiate terms, confirm agreements, and meet sales targets.

Territory & Account Management:

Manage multiple accounts and track all sales activities and customer data.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Essential Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Adaptability and problem-solving. Strong time management and organization. Ability to work independently and travel frequently

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
