Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Field Sales Executive
with at least 1 year of experience to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients in the field, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits
Meet potential clients, present products/services, and close sales
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and report competitor activities
Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and after-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience in field sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
