*Door-to-Door / Field - Sales Executive*
Job Type: Full-time
Salary : 12K to 15K (Fixed) + 30K (Variable)
Experience Required: 1-2 Years

We are hiring energetic and result-orientated insurance sales executives for our client to expand the customer base through direct field sales. The role involves meeting customers in person, understanding their insurance needs, and closing sales with confidence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door sales to generate new insurance leads and customers.
Explain insurance products clearly and accurately to prospects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
Maintain daily sales activity reports and customer records.
Build long-term relationships for renewals and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in insurance or field sales
Comfortable with outdoor and door-to-door sales
Good communication and convincing skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
