Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit
upcoming residential, commercial, and coworking space projects.
site visits, referrals, local market intelligence.
Pitch
IT networking, automation, surveillance, and related technology solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of
new accounts, pipeline building, and closures.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure project scoping and proposals align with client needs.
Prepare site visit reports, maintain CRM updates, and track opportunity pipelines.
Candidate Profile:
1.5 - 3 years of field sales experience in
security systems, ELV, home automation, networking, lighting, lifts, construction materials, or related industries.
Strong existing network with
architects, builders, contractors
is a big plus.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Self-driven, comfortable with fieldwork and meeting targets.
Vehicle mandatory (Two/Four-wheeler for field visits).
