Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients across the Tri-City region, including SMEs, institutes, and startups.
Pitch QCS's IT & Digital Services -- Web/App Development, HRMS SaaS, Automation Tools, and Marketing Solutions.
Conduct live demos for SaaS products.
Build strong relationships to drive long-term partnerships and client retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals and service presentations.
Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Collect field insights and provide regular market feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably within
IT, SaaS, or Digital Marketing
domains.
Self-driven, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools, cold outreach, and lead conversion strategies.
Strong understanding of the
Tri-City market
and local business landscape.
Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.
Qualifications:
Graduate in
Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
.
0-1 years of experience (Freshers with strong communication and learning zeal are welcome).
Compensation:
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives + Travel Allowance.
