JJob Overview:
Join our team to generate qualified leads directly from construction and renovation sites. This field role includes site visits, building local connections, identifying potential clients, and coordinating with our design & sales teams.

Job location: HBR Layout/Jayanagar/Bangalore South/North/East/West

? Key Responsibilities:
Visit construction sites/apartments to identify interior needs.
Build contacts with builders, supervisors, watchmen, electricians & carpenters.
Generate and follow up on leads; maintain CRM updates.
Educate clients about our services; schedule meetings with the design/sales team.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead conversion.
Attend site walkthroughs/client meetings when required.

Requirements:
Any graduate (Interior Design/Architecture background is a plus).
0-2 years field sales/presales experience (interior/real estate preferred).
Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
Energetic, confident, and ready for site travel & fieldwork.
Basic understanding of interiors/construction stages is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
