. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting industrial clients, understanding their automation needs, and promoting our products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential industrial clients in Bharuch and nearby areas.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Understand client requirements for automation, control panels, PLCs, drives, etc.
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the technical and estimation teams for proposals and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation (preferred).
1-3 years of field sales experience (Industrial / Automation sector preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally within Bharuch and surrounding industrial zones.
Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented approach.
