Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell jewellery products to customers in assigned territories Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales Identify new sales opportunities by prospecting, networking and lead generation Create and maintain a customer database, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training for customers Attend trade shows and events to showcase products and build relationships with potential customers Provide feedback to management on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer interactions using a customer relationship management system Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
