We are looking for a high-performing and ambitious
Field Sales Executive
with a minimum of
2 years of direct experience
in real estate sales, preferably within the
Gurugram
market. This role is crucial for driving sales of our [Specify: e.g., luxury apartments, commercial spaces, plots] projects, managing client site visits, and nurturing long-term relationships with investors and end-users in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion:
Proactively follow up on leads generated through digital, channel, and direct marketing to convert them into confirmed site visits and sales.
Site Visit Management:
Conduct professional and persuasive
site visits
(walkthroughs) for prospective buyers, clearly articulating the value proposition, USPs, and investment potential of our Gurugram properties.
Market Expertise:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the
Gurugram real estate micro-market
, including pricing, new launches, competitor activity, and RERA regulations, to advise clients effectively.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets for our real estate portfolio.
Negotiation & Closing:
Expertly handle client negotiations, address objections, and finalize booking formalities to secure the sale.
Client Relationship:
Build and maintain a strong network of potential buyers, investors, and channel partners, providing exceptional customer service throughout the pre- and post-sales process.
Documentation & Reporting:
Ensure all sales documentation (EOI, booking forms, agreements) is accurate and submit timely reports on sales pipelines, activity, and key client feedback to the Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of proven, direct field sales experience in the Real Estate industry.
Experience in the Gurugram/Delhi-NCR market is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket sales deals and meet sales quotas consistently.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.
A strong professional network within the real estate brokerage or investor community is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience utilizing a
CRM system
for lead management.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
Valid driver's license and own conveyance is often necessary for frequent travel within Gurugram.
