We're looking for a Field Sales Executive who understands the pulse of the region--not just its infrastructure, but its people and the cultural fabric that defines how decisions are made in North India.
This is not a desk-bound, cold-calling role--it's a solution-led position that thrives on site visits, architectural discussions, and long-term client trust.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage with real estate developers, architects, consultants, and institutional clients
Conduct site visits and analyze building/project-specific elevator requirements
Coordinate internally with technical and design teams to prepare BOQs and commercial offers
Present customized solutions and assist in client walkthroughs
Lead follow-ups, handle objections, and support contract closure
Track project progress from requirement to final handover, staying engaged throughout
Maintain an updated lead pipeline and ensure consistent reporting
Candidate Profile
Graduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business
1-3 years of experience in elevator, infrastructure, or building system sales
Strong grasp of the Chandigarh/Tricity construction and consultant ecosystem
Effective verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi
A valid driving license and readiness for local travel (reimbursements covered)
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., FieldCircle) is preferred
Ideal Attributes
Strong consultative sales approach with a focus on long-term client relationships
Cultural fluency and people-first approach to regional networking
Ability to navigate complex project cycles with patience and persistence
Technical aptitude to understand layouts, specifications, and installation planning
Clear communication and coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders
