Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Identify and approach potential clients such as corporate offices, residential societies, construction companies, and commercial establishments. Conduct field visits to generate leads and promote security services. Explain the agency's offerings, including manned guarding, event security, and surveillance services. Distribute brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials to target clients. Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, HR heads, and procurement departments. Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and assist in closing sales deals. Maintain a database of client contacts and update daily visit reports. Attend industry events, expos, and networking meetings to enhance market visibility. Collect and report competitor intelligence and market trends. Meet monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.
Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in field marketing or sales, preferably in service industries (security, housekeeping, staffing). Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in client-facing roles. Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory. Basic knowledge of security services is an advantage. Proficiency in using smartphones, email, and basic MS Office applications. Good presentation and negotiation skills. Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
